You can request a change to a different package before the start of a new billing cycle. Our team will help you transition smoothly so your class schedule and instructor continuity are not disrupted.
Do you offer refunds if I miss classes?
Missed sessions can typically be rescheduled within the same month, subject to studio availability. Refunds for unused sessions are evaluated case by case and depend on advance notice given to our team.
Is there a registration or membership fee?
There is a one-time material kit fee of EGP 150 for new students, covering a basic sketchbook and starter tools. This is separate from the monthly class package price and is billed only once.
How do I pay for my chosen package?
We accept cash, bank transfer, and major mobile payment methods at our Giza, Egypt location. Monthly packages are billed at the start of each cycle, and receipts are provided for every payment.
Are private one-on-one lessons available outside the packages?
